Promotion of healthy lifestyles

Identify health concerns and provide appropriate care

Scheduled Medication Management

Immunization verification according to state guideline requirements

Over the Counter Medication Administration

Attention: In order for your child to receive over the counter medication as needed such as Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Tums, Benadryl, Non medicated eye drops, Orajel, Hydro-cortisone Cream, Neosporin, students must have a completed Health Care Form signed and returned stating guardian gives permission for these medications to be given.

 

*Bagley Middle School utilizes an on-call nurse who may be contacted in the event of an emergency or need for further evaluation of a student. If the student has only a minor illness requiring only basic first aid and/or over the counter medication may resolve symptoms, our trained students services staff member will give out these medications as well as any scheduled medications students may have throughout the day.
